Through the $1.1 million dollar grant received from the MEDC in January, OCEA recently hired a full-time Small Business Development Consultant to provide focused entrepreneurial help to all small business.  This consultant can connect with you on site, via phone, or Zoom or an off-site location to assist with confidential, and free personalized business help.   This help might include helping prepare a business plan, analyzing your financials, planning for succession, marketing your business, and so much more.

OCEA has numerous connections with local, state and federal resources and if there is a grant opportunity that your business would be eligible for, we can help.
