Otsego County Economic Alliance currently administers two programs; the Mi Tri Share Childcare Program and the Small Business Support Hub Program. Both programs are free.

Through the $1.1 million dollar grant received from the MEDC in January, OCEA recently hired a full-time Small Business Development Consultant to provide focused entrepreneurial help to all small business. This consultant can connect with you on site, via phone, or Zoom or an off-site location to assist with confidential, and free personalized business help. This help might include helping prepare a business plan, analyzing your financials, planning for succession, marketing your business, and so much more.
